Your five-step application process at Rothe Erde

Receipt of the application documents

The first step is to submit your application documents. These usually consist of a cover letter, a CV, certificates and, if applicable, other documents such as references. The application documents are checked by a personnel manager and the head of department.

Interview

The next step is an interview with the applicant. This can take the form of a video interview or a personal interview. During the interview, the applicant can explain their qualifications and knowledge in more detail. We will also introduce you to the company, the position and our expectations. You can ask us any questions you have about the company and the position.

Health check

In certain cases, a medical examination may be carried out. The purpose of the health test is to ensure that we can treat you appropriately in all possible emergencies, taking into account your state of health.

Signing of contract

If the applicant has passed the selection procedure, an employment contract will be signed. The employment contract should be read and understood carefully before signing. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Onboarding

Onboarding begins after the contract is signed. During this phase, the employee receives all the important information about the company, the activities and gets to know their colleagues.

The application process is a multi-stage procedure. Rothe Erde checks the suitability of applicants for the vacant position. The company goes through the following steps
