Raceway hardening

The bearing types described have inductively hardened raceways. This procedure ensures that the technical provisions pertaining to hardness can be reproduced and, therein, guarantees uniform quality. The hardening coils vary per model. They are designed to ensure that the appropriate load-bearing capacity for each rolling element size is provided for. Our patented hardening coil enables a good hardness profile in the raceways and transmission radii in triple-row roller bearings.
