Graduation party

Two times a year, during the final exams in summer and in winter, we hold a graduation party for our trainees.

On this day, the trainees who have successfully passed their examinations go on an excursion, for example to the Warsteiner Brewery or the Zollverein coal mine.

Later a dinner will be held together with the trainers, the management, the works council and the representation for young people and trainees (JAV) to celebrate the successful completion of the training. The efforts of the trainees are thus once again honored by thyssenkrupp rothe erde.
